To submit your abstract and validate your participation to the HYP23 Conference, you will have to follow these steps:
1 - Create a personal account in the Participant Area below.
2 - Submit your abstract.
Please, use the link and the identifiers that will be sent to you by email for that purpose at the end of step 1.
Then in order to finalize your registration
3 - register and proceed to full payment before 30th June, 2023. Please use the ConfTool link on the conference website.

Registration fees include
• A welcome reception on Sunday September 24, 2023
• Coffee breaks
• Attendance to all oral sessions of the Conference, access to the round tables and exhibition area
• Name badge and meeting documentation
• Final program
• Certificate of attendance and/or participation
Abstract submission for promoted speakers is closed.
Abstract submission for round table will be open till the end of June.
Deadline for registration: 30th June, 2023
If your presentation is not confirmed by your registration and payment before 30th June 2023, the presentation will not be included in the program. Early registration until 28th June, 2023 allows for a reduced fee.
